Logging On via Wyse Terminal
1. Turn on Wyse Terminal
| ℹ Information: The terminal will automatically login, you do not need to enter a password. Just wait for the white background
|
2. Once fully booted and logged in, check the desktop for a remote desktop connection icon named "Billing-XX"
3. Double Click on that icon.
4. Confirm the security confirmation window:
| ⚠️ WARNING: Clicking on the "Don't ask again for connections to this computer" will not do anything, you will still have to confirm this window before every connection.

5. You will be prompted to login to the Gateway - login with your normal credentials:
| ⚠️ WARNING: You must add 'apexparamedics\' before the username to be able to logon properly. Ex. apexparamedics\jdoe
|
6. If you were successful in logging into the gateway, you will be prompted with a second logon screen (this is your actual assigned computer). Logon with your password.
| ✅ SUCCESS: You should be logged in to your normally assigned computer. |
