Desk Phone Ringing for Multiple Extensions
This resolution is to help fix an issue where a Zulty's desk phone is ringing for more than 1 extension.
One of the users that is experiencing this issue either recently transitioned to working from home, or who's role has been adjusted and no longer has a desk phone.
- Remote into the user's machine who is no longer using a desk phone and open up the Zulty's ZAC application.
- At the bottom of the main screen, there may be a string of characters - this is the MAC address of the phone.

3. Click on the MAC address to bring up the fly out menu, then press
Cancel Bind.
4. Call each of the extensions experiencing the issue and confirm that the behavior of the phone is what's expected (ringing only the extension that has the desk phone actually assigned to it)
