Upgrading Zultys App

Follow these instructions to properly upgrade the phone app on your mobile device. 
📄 The following steps apply to both iPhone and Android Devices




      1. Completely Log Out of the current Zultys App on your phone:
Mx Mobile App (iPhone) or Zultys Mobile (Android).
            a. Click on your name at the top.

            b. Click Log Out
            c. Confirm by clicking Log Out again.

            d. Confirm the app takes you back to the logon screen.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: You must log out of the app before proceeding. If you skip this step, you will have to download it again - login and then sign out.




      2. Completely uninstall the current Zultys App on your phone:
             a. Click and hold on your app tile followed by Delete App (Remove App on iPhone).
             b. Confirm the deletion.

             c. Search your apps on your device and confirm that the previous version has been uninstalled.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Search your apps to confirm it was completely removed, otherwise you will not be able to proceed.




     3. Install Mobile ZAC:
            a. Search for Mobile ZAC on your mobile device - you should see an app with the tile below in the results.

            b. Install it.


      4. Login to Mobile ZAC - Launch the app and log back in.
IMPORTANT: You must give the app access to your microphone and set to allow notifications to work properly. DO NOT sync your personal contacts with the app.

            a. Username: your first initial, followed by last name (Ex. jdoe)
            b. Password: Please see your manager if you do not know your password.
            c. Server Address: phones.apexparamedicsteam.com


            d. Confirm that you have logged in. 


You have successfully upgraded to the required version of Mobile ZAC!
