Using Remote CAD (RescueNet)
This document highlights the steps required to use RescueNet when not at station (from home, another station, etc.)
| ⛔ DO NOT use this method when connected to the VPN. Confirm VPN is disconnected before proceeding. |
Instructions:
RDweb Login Screen
2. At the logon screen, login with the full domain format then click Sign In
| ⚠️ apexparamedics\[USERNAME] followed by your domain (computer) password. |
3. Once logged in, the dashboard will show the available remote apps that can be launched.
4. Click on the RescueNet Dispatch-Billing icon in the dashboard
| ℹ You will most likely only be using RescueNet Dispatch-Billing and RescueNet Reporting. |
5. A .rdp file will automatically start downloading to the downloads folder
6. Navigate to the Downloads folder and look for the file that downloaded

7. Open the downloaded .rdp file.
8. It will prompt to sign in a second time with the full domain format.

9. You must click on the Show Details button to see the Duo prompt:
10. A RescueNet window will appear on the screen as if you were in the office, at the Denver station.
| ℹ Attaching Files: Please be aware that if you are attempting to attach files through the remote application, the attachment dialog will only work for redirected folders (Desktop/Documents/Downloads) or files on the shares. Items in your local folders will not show as available to attach. |
